Housing and Community Development Committee

Purpose: Addresses housing needs and community growth.

Responsibilities: Manages issues related to neighborhood development, reducing blight, reducing concentrated poverty, and incentive programs for developers and builders.

Held when necessary, and the passed resolution, ordinance will be passed to council as whole the following council meeting for final vote.
