Takeaways from the meeting include:

  • ALL backlogged trash has been collected for this week and the vendor is following the normal schedule for collection.

Operational changes:

  2. Restructuring of personnel
  3. Equipment enhancements

Recommendation(s):

  1. Job Fair (to encourage Chester residents to apply)

Mayor and Council would like to thank the residents for continuing to be patient as we work through the issues related to our trash collection. Please separate recyclables from regular trash.
