(CHESTER, PA) – On Wednesday, April 19 Mayor Thaddeus Kirkland, Chester City Councilmembers and other city officials will take part in a “cleanup caravan” to coincide with the City of Chester’s Citywide Cleanup Week.

The caravan will leave Chester City Hall at 10am to embark on a seven-hour cleanup operation throughout the community. “Our goal is to raise the quality of life throughout our city by leading by example,” said Mayor Kirkland.  “We want to encourage everyone, through our actions, to keep our city clean.”
