PUBLIC HEARING: City of Chester Annual Action Plan

Notice is hereby given that the City of Chester, in accordance with the City’s Plan for Citizen Participation, will hold an initial public hearing in connection with the preparation of the F.Y. 2023 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant Program and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program. An in-person public hearing will be held at 9:00 A.M. in City Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 1 Fourth Street, Chester, PA, on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
