Municipal Financial Recovery Advisory Committee Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Municipal Financial Recovery Advisory Committee meetings for the City of Chester will begin on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. The Meetings will be held in Chester City Council Chambers, 1 Fourth Street, Chester, Pennsylvania 19013.
While Chester City Hall will be open to the public, in efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, all public meetings will be live streamed on the Chester City’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/cityofchester/.
Meetings will commence every second and fourth Tuesday of each month after the initial meeting on January 12, 2021.

Residents or taxpayers of the City of Chester who wish to provide public comment can submit their comment via email starting the Monday prior to each meeting until noon on the meeting date. Any person submitting a public comment must include their name and address. Email submissions can be sent to info+MFRAC@chesterreceivership.com. In the subject line of the email please include “Public Comment Submission for the (insert meeting date) Municipal Finanical Recoery Advisory Committee meeting.” Any resident or taxpayer that doesn’t have access to email can call their public comment at 717-231-5558. All public comments will be read into the record during the meetings. The advisory committee will offer a response, if warranted. If a public comment is received without the requested information or if the comment is deemed inappropriate, it will not be read into record or accepted as an official submission. DCT, January 7, a-1
Public comments for these meetings should be submitted to Info+MFRAC@ChesterReceivership.com by noon the day of each meeting. The Advisory Committee will offer a respond, if warranted.
