Instructions to Submit an Event:

Information details you can submit:

  • Event Title
  • Event Details
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Start Time
  • End Time
  • (up to) 3 individual images for use in your event.

After logging in successfully, you will be shown a web form, where you can create your event.  Please include the location details of your event in the large text area below.

Your email information will be captured by the City of Chester for use of this system.  The information captured using this system is not distributed or shared with any other organization.  It is solely for the use of the City of Chester Community Calendar Submissions.
