City of Chester Officials Set to Host 2nd Annual Halloween Tour, Trunk or Treat Celebration to Take Place at Chester Police Department
(CHESTER, PA)- The City of Chester will host its 2nd Annual Halloween Tour on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 5-7:30pm.
City officials, along with members of the Chester Police and Fire Departments will stop at specific locations throughout the city to pass out Halloween treats. Parents and children should listen for the fire engine as the Halloween Tour makes its way through their neighborhood.
In addition to the Halloween Tour, the Chester Police Department will host a “Trunk or Treat” celebration in front of Chester’s Police Headquarters from 5-7pm. Several police cars will be filled with candy. Children can take their pick of Halloween treats from the trunks of police cruisers, while also engaging with local law enforcement officials.
