Chester City Hall Hours of Operation Starting July 20

(CHESTER, PA) – Beginning Monday, July 20, Chester City Hall will be open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 2:00pm.

Employees and members of the public are required to wear masks and practice social distancing while in the building.

Residents who require assistance related to Licensing and Inspection are encouraged to make an appointment.  Please call (610) 447-7700 ext. 7988 and leave a message. Someone will return your call within 48 hours to setup an appointment.

Additionally, for convenience, the city has placed a drop box on the west side entrance of the building.  Residents who have Licensing and Inspection forms, applications or permit documents can utilize this drop box.

While the building will be open to the public, in efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, all public meetings will continue to be live streamed on the city’s Facebook Page.
