Chester City Hall
Since December 2002, city administration and staff have occupied the current City Hall building at 1 Fourth Street. Formerly the First Union Regional Center, the 62,000 square foot building presented a more cost-efficient solution to the originally planned construction of a new building where all City departments were consolidated into one administrative building. Construction on the 20-year-old building began in January 2002, with a total renovation cost of about $5.8 million. |
